These terms describe the rules that apply when accessing and using the Passvero service.

1. Introduction
These terms govern access to https://passvero.eu and use of the Passvero service. By accessing the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
Passvero provides tools for managing, structuring and publishing product information, including Digital Product Passport workflows. Passvero is not legal certification and does not guarantee regulatory compliance for any product or published data.
3. Eligibility and account responsibility
You may use the service only if you can enter into a binding agreement for yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of access credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious content, disrupt the service or its security, gain unauthorized access to systems, or publish deceptive information.
5. Product data and customer responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality and necessary rights for all product data, documents and other content you enter or publish. You must review information before publication and ensure it meets applicable legal and contractual obligations.
6. Intellectual property
Passvero and its software, design and service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. We do not take ownership of your data; you grant us only the rights needed to host, process and display it to provide the service.
7. Third-party services
The service may rely on hosting, email, storage or other third-party providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies, and Passvero does not control their availability.
8. Service availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, restrict or suspend the service for maintenance, security, legal requirements or product development.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided as available and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, without express or implied warranties. Information made available through the service is not legal advice or a substitute for professional review.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Passvero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, a security risk, unlawful use, or where needed to protect the service and other users.
12. Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction are determined by applicable mandatory rules and, where relevant, the customer agreement. These terms do not exclude any mandatory rights that apply.
